Catania, Schachenmayr's 100% mercerized cotton yarn, has a wonderfully soft feel, is lightweight and features a gorgeous sheen. The yarn is made from 100% mercerized cotton and is washable up to 40°C. The recommended needle size is 2.50-3.50mm (gauge tension: 26 stitches x 36 rows = 10 x 10cm). One ball of Catania weighs 50 grams and holds approximately 125 meters of yarn.
