Shipping Information

All of the store items sold on are present in our stock and shipped within 24 hours from the time you placed an order with regard to days off on Sunday and USA holidays.

We use US Postal Service for shipping all orders. For domestic transactions, packages under 0.7 pounds are shipped by USPS First Class mail and all others by USPS Priority mail. Priority mail usually takes 2-3 days for delivery, First Class  - 2 to 6 working days.

Shipping rates calculation may be found before checkout on the Shopping Cart page. Texas Sales tax (6.25%) will be added per products and shipping price to the total of orders delivered within Texas, USA.

ship internationally

We do ship internationally. All shipments are made through US Postal Service and then transitioned to the governmental postal service of the destination country. We engage the least expansive way to deliver merchandise at acceptable reliability and quality of service. Currently we have no ‘prohibited’ countries in our data base and we guaranty delivery to the customer’s local post office.
Please be advised that if you have enormous delay of delivery, it is rare yet most likely due to customs routine at the border. If this happened to you, the hold may take up to 5 weeks in some countries, especially in Canada and Europe.

Return Policy

Within 30 days from the delivery date indicated on USPS web site you may return any item or whole order if you are not satisfied with your choice. Return items must be in originally new condition. We will refund the price you paid for return items on the day when return package received. Unless the subject item(s) is defective the shipping fee will be withheld from the refund amount. We accept merchandise returns at no restocking charges if the items returned have no sign of use. If item was originally sold in the box and returned with damages to the box or missing box or any inside packing pieces, the restocking fee will be withhold in amount from 15% to 50% of the item price, depending on estimated loss.

We support Lifetime warranty on all Addi and Lantern Moon products. All other brands we sell are covered with our 30 days replacement warranty.
Even though we are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry, we do pay for return shipping of defected items submitted within 30 days from delivery date. If replacement item(s) is in stock, it will replaced promptly, without hassle.

Since we are not bothered with the returns, the process is simplified to three steps:

1. You contact us and receive RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Without this step we cannot guarantee flawless return.

2. Once your RMA is issued, send the product to:
